A limited piece is made in a fixed edition. Its page shows the edition size and how many remain.

No. Every piece is painted by hand, so no two catch the light quite the same way.

Between one to two weeks depending on complexity. You approve a greyscale sculpt render before we cast, so nothing is painted until the likeness is right. Stocked pieces dispatch in five to ten working days.

For a pet or real person, three to six photographs: front, side, and any necessary detail shots. Photographs taken from a eye level angle and decent lighting. For fictional characters, character sheets or reference art plus a written brief. You can attach images to the brief on the commission page.

Each commission type shows its starting price on the Customize page, and the brief shows a live quote as you choose options. Open briefs through the Custom Forge are quoted by the studio.

Card or EFT. When you place an order, it is reserved for you, and the studio follows up by email with EFT details if required.

On the order tracking page, with the order number from your confirmation and the email address you ordered with.

Yes. International orders go by tracked courier and are insured to full value. Duties are calculated at your border and are the recipient’s responsibility — we declare honestly, always.

Yes — choose Studio Collection at checkout. The studio is in Fourways, Johannesburg and will call to arrange a time.

Photograph it before you unpack anything else and email the studio within 48 hours. We recast and reship at our cost. Resin travels well, but couriers are couriers.
