Terms

• Style: Figurines are artistic interpretations made in Forgeling’s classic cartoon style, as shown on our socials and product images, with stylised proportions and simplified features. Please ensure you like this style before ordering.

• Included: One person with up to one simple accessory, such as a golf club, braai tongs, rugby ball or iced coffee. An accessory cannot be another person, pet or separately designed character.

• Special requests: Additional characters, pets, multiple accessories, detailed scenes or requests outside our standard style require a custom quote. Complete the Custom Design Brief Form and email it to us before ordering.

• Your brief: Provide clear reference photos and specify your outfit, accessory and all important details when ordering.

• Design approval: 3D renders will be emailed for review. One round of revisions is included; submit all changes together in one email. Each further round costs 25% of the product price, payable before changes begin. Manufacturing starts only after your emailed approval. Changes after approval may cost extra and extend turnaround time.

• Cancellation: If you are dissatisfied with the final render and cancel before manufacturing begins, 50% of the product price will be refunded. The remaining 50% covers completed design work. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

• Finished product: Your figurine will be supplied in your selected size and finish. It will not look exactly like the renders: small variations in colour, shading and detail occur through handpainting and screen differences. The approved design guides the finished product.

• Care: Figurines are decorative collectibles. Handle gently, display indoors and avoid drops, direct sunlight, prolonged heat and water.

Prices are in South African rand and include VAT at 15%. Delivery is shown separately at checkout.

Card payment is not yet available online. When you place an order it is recorded as awaiting payment, and the studio emails you EFT details. Your order moves into production once payment has been received.

Commissioned pieces are made to your brief. Before anything is cast the studio sends a greyscale render of the sculpt for your approval.
